Ingredients: 170
gr. fettuccine pasta 1/4 cup softened butter 1/2 cups heavy cream 1 cup
grated Parmesan cheese 1/2 teaspoon salt 1/4 teaspoon black
pepper
Instructions: 1. In a large pot
bring water to boil and cook fettucine until tender. 2. Meanwhile, in a large
skillet melt the butter, then add cream, salt and pepper. 3. Bring to boil
and immediately lower heat and let simmer for a few minutes. 4. Remove from
heat and add fettuccini and parmesan cheese, tossing to coat well. Serve with
crusty Italian bread. Tip: you can add
Gorgonzola Cheese to the sauce to spice it up!!
