Born in 1962 inI.R.Iran,
Chef Ali Babri aspired to a life-long career as a professional martial
artist.In fact his martial arts career
began at the age of eight in thePort
ofAnzali, with the
practice of swimming. Due to the fact that many members of the Iranian National
Boxing Team were from Anzali, Chef
Babri had the opportunity to learn first hand from some of the best at the age
of eight 8. By his twenties he knew that besides martial arts there was something
else that he had to pursue.
Let's Try Cooking
After many years of
competing, Chef Ali turned to cooking.Chef Ali began cooking in 1998 at the age of 36. After graduating,
from one of the top culinary schools inCanada he began to apprentice under
many chefs after which he decided that he would go on his own. He has started
many franchises but the one that is the most well known, with headquarters all
over the world include Canada /I.R.Iran /Doubai/India/ Turkey/ Ghana is Ali Food.
A Star is Born
After starting a Ali Food
In Canada he knew that he would have to return to I.R.Iran were he could open a restaurant
were he could reveal the things he had learned from all his experiences in
Canada. Upon return Chef Aliopened renowned Apame in I.R.Iran where he is the head chef. He
decided that he must expand his talents to other countries in Asian at this
point.
